After learning the basic postures, most people realize the importance of daily practice,
and want to develop a routine that meets their individual needs.  Your experiences
in the classes have probably made you aware of what you want to accomplish in your
individual practice, at least to some degree.  This workshop will provide insight
into beginning a personal practice, helping to accomplish what you would like to gain
from the session.  You will also learn basic posture sequencing to help create
your personal sessions.  After lunch we will take a few minutes to review the
morning’s session.  That will be followed with a few restorative poses and then
pranayama.
