The following is an example (with bogus information) of what the program outputs.
The first column (either blank or ***) is used to tell if the record was found on the United States Postal Service Data Base. If it's blank, then the address was found - if *** then the address couldn't be found.
The second column is the data as it exists in the ScoutNet report.
The first line of the third column is the list of units that have CO information that EXACTLY match the info in column 2. Then the next couple of lines show the address returned from the USPS if it is different than the one on the ScoutNet report.
The fourth column doesn't appear on the actual report, it is simply additional comments on each record to help you understand what the report means.
